Moving or not moving? 17.1 > 45

Hello All,

For at least 1 year, I've been thinking about moving. Last March I asked the Yi what would happen if I'd move to S. this fall and I received at the time 26.2 >22

Well... I am still thinking about it and I asked again. What will happen if this Fall I leave X to live in S.?

Not easy to interpret, then I thought about my last answer : 26.2 >22. My problem is confidence. I don't have much and like someone wrote in my previous post, I need to "repair the axelstraps of the cart" and believe in me. I read a few post about 17.1 and also Karcher's interpretation. I read 17.1 is about a new system of belief .
Karcher wrote: " Leave what you usually do, go out in the world and mingle with others. The way is open. By stepping out of your usual place you will achieve something"
Line 1 depicts what I would like to do and maybe the Yi is recommending me to do so. What do you think? Hex 45 looks good but tells me I should plan things carefully no?

If I move, I will have to believe in me and meet new people (that is true). This will bring me success?

Line 17.1 is pretty clear in its advise, that it will be most beneficial to go to S, and there you will meet new people where new goals and progress can be achieved.

Obviously you will need to prepare in advance for the various eventualities that you will meet, but again it suggests that going to live in S will prove to be a beneficial move.

I thank you very much for your answer. I am thrilled! I know I have to prepare for that. I can't go just like that. I think I need to have a plan by the end of Summer, so this Fall I can do the big move .

Well, I don't know if it was really smart of me. But I asked the IC another question: What would happen if I stay here (instead of moving to S.)?

I received hex.34 unchanging. Hex 34 talks about strength, having firm purpose and go forward (Karcher). I also read Bradford's interpretation of Hex 34 on his website. He writes: "Persistence across and through time is different than pounding and blundering forward: it might even pause to sense some new directions to go, new choices opening up, and so it's a form of intelligence. When force is too blind, or its purpose too narrow,to pause and consider its the complicated results of its own simple-minded activity will often be its biggest problems and obstacles. Survival of the fittest means the fitting".
I am lost between the two answers from the IC. Does this means that both possibilities are good? The moving to S. one and the remaining here? Both says that I should persist but in what direction? Or does Hex 34 say that well: don't think too much and look at the new directions and go for it. Sorry English isn't my mother tongue sometimes I loose part of the translations I read and I get lost
