Mr Froggy 21>27

A frog lives in our letterbox but I'm a bit concerned as the box is metal and in the direct sun for most of the day.

What are the benefits for Mr Froggy to be living in the letterbox

Hex 21.4>27

Looks like he's getting nourishment and getting bites despite the metal box.

What would be the benefits for Mr Froggy in relocating him

57.1.2.4.5>30

Sounds like as long as I hide him out of the light he'll be ok.

When I saw the thread title I assumed it was about your landlord...he sounds like he should be called 'Mr Froggy'.

A frog lives in our letterbox

This strikes me as an excellent first line for a children's poem. Is he expecting some important mail ?

I'm going to answer this by channeling him.

21.4.....ahem

"well I wouldn't say there are benefits exactly. I had a plan of a kind but ran into trouble in the execution of it. Yet I think my determination has made me a better frog and when the time is right I shall be able to move on with renewed strength of character"

"Well you'd think I would be terribly happy about it, see the yang change pattern it's 58. Yet the yin pattern is 52 so I'm not terribly sure I want to be moved...but the idea really is growing on me. You're right about the light....I don't want too much of it. I'd like somewhere breezy (57) amongst reeds and grasses and so on.......but I'm not sure, not totally sure, I need to re think (57) but you know what, on balance I think I actually would like to be relocated but very gently please."

Frogs (American frogs, anyway) can't live without moisture, so somehow Mr Froggy (or Ms Froggy) is getting water. Can it hop out of the letterbox at night? Is the letterbox near a light so that bugs fall into it? The metal box (21) may act as a trap for food (27).

What an insult to poor Mr Froggy

Haha it does too - perhaps I should write one about the letter he's waiting for.

I can't imagine he can get out unless the lid is left open and I can't imagine any bugs able to get into it. Unless I guess in and out of the slot for the mail. Hmmm....

Okay this is a Magic Frog

He, or she, must need to eat and drink something. Have you Googled the symbolism/message for you for 'frog in my mailbox' ?

copied this from a site 'about religion'

Some cultures believe that a frog coming into your house brings good luck - others say it’s bad luck - the Xhosa tribe says that a frog in your house might be carrying a spell or a curse. Either way, it’s usually considered a bad idea to kill a frog. The Maori people believe that killing a frog can bring floods and heavy rains, but some African tribes say that the death of a frog will bring drought.

All over the world frog visits are omens...although perhaps it is more usual to have a frog in the mailbox in Australia.

You could try talking to the frog....he may turn into a Prince ?

Or is he announcing the arrival of news or a package for you ?

To be honest around here many people find frogs in their toilet!!!!

I'd forgotten about googling the animal medicine - thanks for reminding me. I found this very apt considering my situation with the landlord. Recently I'd also had a session for Prime Tuning which is all about releasing cell memory and creating your own life through communicating with your cells.

The frog totem, symbolic of cleansing

It is said that the frog is symbolic of the cleansing. You can call on the frog spirit to support you in clearing negativity and “toxic” energies. The frog being associated with water, it may be a good spirit animal to call for emotional release.

Perhaps it indicates you need to “detoxify and take care of your health differently. Or it encourages you to release your emotions or carefully at how you spend your energy in relationship to others or some matters of concern in your life.

Cleansing might also mean that the frog spirit animal inspires you to renew your perspective or vision. If the frog shows up in your life as a spirit guide, it may encourage you to clear old opinions and beliefs to adopt a new stance or perspective.

I also remembered there's a frog that hangs on my bedroom window at night when my light is on - hmm could it really be my Frog Prince trying to send me a message :odd:

In the end I decided he may be my Prince Charming and I should kiss him and see what happens but this is what actually happened -

went to see Mr Frog for a kiss
But when I got there, there was something amiss.
When I lifted the lid, only a CD and a note
And this is what Mr Frog, he had wrote.
Sorry but I had to leave
No need for you to grieve
When the right Mr Frog comes along
He will sing you this song.
On the CD I hit play
Listened and thought yeah I'm a Believer - OK!!

Yay !

Has the frog really gone ? I'm not sure he left you a CD but I'm prepared to keep an open mind.

You wrote another poem too about a frog who jumped in the pond because it was raining but that has disappeared ?

The other poem is actually a childs song that came to mind when I was posting and then as you saw I wrote my own.
Most days I write a silly poem about something.

Oh yes...after all if he couldn't read and write he wouldn't have been waiting for mail. But he couldn't have carried the CD....unless he had an accomplice

Yes he had really gone.

Good for Froggy. If it had remained in that dry letterbox, soon it would have been a dead frog. During the summer, frogs get into my house, and if I do not catch them and put them back out, I will eventually find a dry clump that was once a frog. Sad.
