I am sure he is not dating anyone...He always denied it...well..i don't know maybe there is an ex. who he still attached to. who knows..but he denies all...it is just strange

So I guess in this case, 41.3 refers to the part about someone being alone and finding a companion.
And yet I would add a note of caution.
Guys who are a "26" type of guy are really difficult to handle.
Maybe he has a tendency for triangles...
