I was interviewed and passed initial test/training for a course which involves training young people. However, I am required to complete 10 more training courses before being evaluated to see whether or not I can teach classes on my own.I have children of my own, and I am being asked to teach safety classes to young people their age...I have worked with young people before but not to this extent.This organisation has been running their classes for 30 years, and have teachers across the country - all working as contractors in different regions. My area is completely new to them, and so I would be their first teacher and have to make new connections. I've recently moved to the area but have regularly visited over past decade.First question I asked is - what do I need to do to pass my training to teach next year.Answer:46.3 > 7 Pushing Upward > ArmyPushing upward in an empty city. I intend to put my theoretical studies on hold so I can physically invest enough time and practice for this role to help the young ones and their families in this community.I think my thoughts/ideas towards this endeavour have come out during these readings, but would like to see if anyone else has additional insight.After this post, I will carry on with the work I must do but check in to see how others are doing in this community as well.Thank you

It sounds like there will be no obstacles to passing the training. However, with this particular cast, perhaps this training will not bring you what you want in your life. It's as if you conquer something not worth conquering, or something which is not really there. 7 shows a struggle.

No it doesn't sound like there will be I'm afraid. Perhaps you haven't thought about this thoroughly, which will lead to difficulties in new beginnings.
