WOW, from no where someone just called me to tell me that he is working on a deal and if they close the deal as they suppose to, they will need a person like me for his new company.
It is the same position but in a different place. I was not looking for job, I am ok where I am, but this offers sounds really good and the most important thing, means a salary raise. But also means, leaving behind someone that I really care about.
Anyway, there is not much I can do but wait to see if the deal is closed, in the mean time, I asked if that position is for me and I will get it and the IC replies with 50,1 14.
I like the idea of leaving the old stuff and open new opportunities but the fact of leaving what I know for something new scares me.
I think the IC is telling me that I can get it and it will be ok.
What do you think?
