Hi and thanks again for the forum. I would really appreciate some advice in regards to this reading. I've been working for a bank for the last 3 years. I'm currently a complaint handler which is a pretty tough job,it's grinding me down slowly. I recently applied for an internal post and felt the interview went pretty well. However,I didn't get the job and at the time I felt rather disappointed. Anyway much to my surprise the manager that interviewed me about two months ago has invited me to take the interview again as new positions have opened up within the unit. I spoke with her briefly this evening and she advised me that my interview wasn't a disaster originally and that she felt I would fit in well with the team. She didn't go as far to say that I'd get the job this time but I got the impression that it was more than probable. When I initially failed the interview I became somewhat resigned to my existing role and asked to up-skilled. My manager agreed. I was surprised as they were naturally aware that I'd attempted to jump ship, and failed. So I have to decide if I go for the interview and potentially fail again and jeopardize the up-skill in my existing role. The job would be a challenge - it's not cushy number but somewhat less pressure. I've been told off on here for using the wrong i-ching online i.e not this sites version. Sorry if I've written up the details of my reading incorrectly ! The reading said the upper line 3 applied but line 1 was also changing. Many thanks in advance. D :)

Hi!

Not sure what your question is, but if it was whether you should take it or whether you're going to get it, it seems like you'd better rethink whether changing jobs isn't going to cause more trouble than necessary. Be careful here and think it through, don't try to jump over your shadow. Keep working hard at your current job and you will be recognized. Clearly you have already caused a stir by trying to jump ship, so don't create any more reactions for the moment. 64 here shows that the story is not over yet, so hang on in there!

The transitional hex from 14.1.3> 64 is 50.3 which is a sign that something is indeed cooking already, but you really need to mend the situation you are in right now responsibly - it'll be all good in the end (but not necessarily what you have in mind ;))

Good luck!

Thanks Kkappa ,your advice appears sound. I feel almost certain I would get the job. However,I'm not going to attend the interview,at least not this time around. I'm not certain how the reading moves to 50.3 ? I have a book here that states "The ears of the caldron are not in place. The man is stopped short. The peasant will remain unbeaten. The gentle rain will finally bring relief. Guilt will disappear. Auspicious in the end". I guess that's what you refer to ? Many thanks once again and I'll donate £5.00 to the site over the weekend.
