New job?

Hello everyone,

I am new to this community, although I have been reading the posts for a little while.

I have been searching for a new job for almost a year. I am currently employed, but I am looking for a better opportunity in terms of money and advancement. I have some money pressures at the moment, and I feel concerned and a somewhat impatient. I asked "when will I find a new job?" and what I received was hexagram 58 changing to 55 (lines 2,3 and 5).

I am interpreting this as if I need to change my attitude (perhaps more optimism) before I can manifest the abundance that I seek. I welcome your input. Thank you!

I'd say it's very positive. Stay the course (58), the situation it's not your fault (55.2.3), and it sounds like by asking for advice from the right people you will be able to open new doors (56.5). So, it seems like the connections you make will be the most helpful.

I asked "when will I find a new job?"

The question is 'when.' Are you asking for a prediction of a date? Is that what you want to know? I personally try to avoid questions of prediction and look more to what I can do now to accomplish what I want. Questions to predict a date of a future event are difficult to interpret.

This answers what to do to manifest abundance. Is that the question? Interesting because I just commented on another question on this thread about attracting wealth. It was a different situation and different hexagram, but a similar question.

Lake over lake is joyful exchange, so perhaps this is the condition of 'when.' When you feel, or focus on or create feelings of joy and open exchange. Whatever question you ask, the reading should answer it. Lake is about relaxation. For the conditions of lake focus on the qualities that bring joy and how it can be nourished. Consider ideas of fulfillment within the containment of the situation. Open up and exchange in pleasant interaction. Let go of the usual rules and interaction pleasantries. Lake needs sources of nourishment both on the inside, in you, and in the outer situation, the position you seek. Talk with others about what you do want. Clarify your own intentions about what you want and what brings happiness. Are you connected to the right sources? What gives you genuine joy, regardless of whether it is acceptable, normal or feasible? Are you capable of taking unusual measures? Take control of the situation. Only you can be responsible for your happiness. Focusing on what you don't like about your present situation is not the conditions of when you will find a new job. When you are creating the conditions of joy and pleasant interaction, then it will be the time.

Hex 55-58 means: in this period (30-31 days from today), you will have a good chance about money, and also you will have a change to get a new job.
