New Leadership 27.4.5>25

My company is about to undergo a reorganization. I want to know if my current management will be replaced; a change could be good for me. In response to the question, "will my office get new leadership?", I received "27.45>25. This seems to say I can find satisfaction in the future by looking in the right places (27.4 and 27.5) but not necessarily based on any hoped-for external change, as I take Hex 25 to mean that having the "right attitude" towards possibly unforeseen circumstances is provident.

Any additional insight is appreciated. I love learning this way! Thanks in advance to all that contribute.

Line 27.4 says that the current leader is there to stay and line 27.5 says that the current leader gets to continue as no renewal is going to take place.
