I am struggling with confusion/fear and other negativity
where I thought I might be having a breakdown out of the
blue

I asked Yi to comment on this sense of impotence/diempowerment
and powerlessness the response was 48.2.4>31 sorry I am rather
random hope everyone is well Hx:bows:

you sure don't sound well from this and your knitting post. I think you are very scattered right now and unable to access the deep refreshement you need (48.2) luckily 48.4 shows you having a break. I think there may be too much input coming at ya right now that you can't process (hex 31), its influencing you but you can't really deal with it (48.2)

Take it easy, slow down....do easy things , don't worry. The well cannot run dry, your store of life and energy, but sometimes its hard to access it especially when there is so much pullling your attention in the outer world (hex 31} You may need to say that you are 'out of action' for a while to replenish yourself (48.4)

Okay I know about these things....I was hooked on them once, you can get badly hooked on them if you take them for too long. They are okay to take for a short while if you are very stressed/sleepless. You can get withdrawal symtoms when stopping after only a few weeks of taking them.. The trouble is the withdrawal can cause anxiety etc so it can be a vicious circle. But the Dr is only suggesting them short term......presumably.....so that won't be a problem

So happlily the answer supports the suggestion of not making these a permanent feature...but its okay for just a little while. I doubt your Dr would give you many. Its a benzodiazipine...a hypnotic, lasts for about 6 hours so shouldn't make you hung over next day.

If you are concerned you could cut the tablet in half, take half and see if you feel relaxed enough for sleep, if not take the other half. I think 10mg is a usual dose. Its nothing to worry about...my 80 year old mother has one occasionally, the only danger is addiction after after a while if oyu take them too regularly. Actually she usually manages with half a 10mg tablet...then only takes the other half if shes still can't sleep.

I think you sound really quite bad and your Dr who has seen you obvioulsy thinks you could do with a bit of rest so IMHO I'd say have one tonight as he said, or sometimes half a one is enough. You can't do much if you head off into that no sleep cycle. but make sure you aren't still taking them regularly in a months time.

Meantime get some good nights sleep while you find other ways to get help.

I think the reading fits in somewhere there ....temporary thing...is good 56.2...but not for too long 56.6

now stop stressing and get some sleep

Hello,

I haven't posted here for quite a while, but was searching for some help with a 48.2.4 31 reading and came across this thread. Hopex, I do hope you are feeling better now and that your well is replenished.

Trojan, thank you for your insightful comments - I found them very helpful for me too.
