I had a very direct answer to something I didn't like about the attitude of a friend, dating kind of... I asked what is his opinion about me now and I got 48 unchanging. What do you think?

Fatima, I don't quite understand your question, or how something you don't like in this person's attitude is related to what they think of you? Are you saying you don't think they like you but want to confirm this negative attitude with the Yi? Or, you believe they don't like you and want to know why? Or ...?

Yes, and an important part of 48 is the problems in reaching the source (the jug that breaks, the rope that doesn't reach the water). So maybe he feels he can't "reach" you in some way?

5 years ago i asked some questions about my ex-husband, we had just broke up, and 48 would come out all the time.
he was abusive to me, I was his well and when we broke up the rope stopped reaching the water and that ennerved him, I think.

I get an idea of 48 as someone who helps others, like a donor or something, and probably good person in public's opinions

Maybe he considered me that I don't do that with hi. I was kind to him in some ways and he was unable to give back. I am not angry at all. He was not the right fix for me.
