Out of state girlfriend

So I have this sort of out of state girlfriend. She has come to my state twice, the first time we met and had sort of a fling that never led to sex and the second time we had a sexual relationship, however she was like I don't want a relationship of any kind. My view of it is if someone is around for a month and a half and we are having sex, it's a relationship. So even tho she said she didn't want a relationship, she ended up spending a good chunk of her free time with me, more so than anyone else... And her last week here, she spent almost every night with me and it probably would have been more, but I was busy and working alot...

The religious, social, and political climate of the state I live in leads me to want to move, and her state happens to be one of my 3 choices, so I talked to her about us being together and she again hit me with "I don't want a relationship right now. I think she is just afraid of the word, but I'm not sure if I want to move there, gambling that things will work out between us, when I have other choices...

I asked my best course of action regarding this situation with her. 5.1>48

Well, you're certainly waiting to get your needs met. She spends a lot of time with you but says she doesn't want a relationship. That doesn't make sense!

However according to chinese text this is "You should be where you're at" because this depicts a well, no matter how the town changes the well and its location will remain the same to nourish people there. Because in this context you're considering to move out of your state, i guess this one predicts that you decide to stay instead.
