Deal all,
I have been exploring your readings with their interpretation by experienced I Ching "users", for some time, but I never found the time and lust to write for asking help for myself, until now.
So this is my first post about a matter very dear to me.
I have been writing novels since three decades ago, from my late twenties until now and I have only self published in few copies, the one of my five completed manuscript, after a lot of pressure from my friends and family. Recently, out of the blue I received an invitation to sent my manuscript to a large British publisher who I have contacted to ask if they are interested in foreign languages manuscript. They send me a list over the languages they work with and it was a very long list, so I understood that my Greek language is not so Greek to them as I first thought.
They also informed me that they accept max 3 manuscript for reviewing at the same time. I didn't want to choose by myself which of my manuscript is worthy to get reviewed, so after a couple of days I send them, an email with all my five manuscript attached, saying that you are much better to decide which ones you like to go forward with, but it didn't work.
They came back to me, after almost a month, asking me to respect their rules and send them the three manuscript I chose. This time, I was forced to make the choice, so I went down to three manuscript. After I sent my reply with all the necessary attached files, two days ago 25/07/2021, I was - and I still am - very anxious about the outcome of this action, so
I asked I Ching this evening:
Outcome of X publisher reviewing my manuscript a.In the light of two suns/b.The Redeemer of Euphoria/c.The hotel
(These are my working titles for the manuscript I sent them)
I Ching answered:
A. Hexagram 24 unchanging
B. Hexagram 36.1 to 15
C. The Hotel 16.1 to 51
Although I do have a slight clue about Chinese philosophy and I realize the symbolism of the lines, changing or not, I don't have the wisdom to make this particular interpretation. Is anyone out there, who can and wish to help me with this?
I will and remain grateful for any relevant insights.
Thank you all for reading me,
Goldengenus
