pay off the debt?

I have a debt with a private party which I am now in a position to pay off, but I could also continue to pay off the debt in monthly payments. I asked the oracle, "what course of action is best regarding the repayment of the debt I have to X?"
Hexagram 48, changing lines 4, 5, 6, changes to hexagram 50.

Line 5 - paying this way has been useful and enabled you to do what you needed to do
Line 6 - paying off the debt actually puts you in a good position if you ever need to use this person for a loan an again

Personally I like to not be in debt if at all possible so any income that I receive is mine.
