I find it interesting, that you receive line 3 of hex 46 which says 'pushing upwards to an empty city', while you indeed plan to move to another city. I know that some people experienced that this expression 'empty city' meant to them, that there is nothing to gain at this place, because it is 'empty'.
I personally made good experiences with this line, for me another meaning manifested: There were less obstacles than I expected, respectively those obstacles I worried about were mostly virtual. I was able to rush into this city, this new situation and nothing hindered me eventually.

So I think under consideration of your reading as a whole I would ask myself:
Is Madrid really the right place for you?
If you think, yes, it is, than I would expect that everything could be easier for you and your children than you think. The pain you describe is very visible in your reading, but it is an unevitable process as you know for sure.
I think you should allow your mind and your soul as much relaxation as possible. All the best for you.

You are welcome. Another possible meaning of 46.3 is coming to mind:
This attribute of 'emptyness' could also be read in a way that you have a lot of shaping power in such a situation. The city and thus its facilities is already there, you have the chance to fill it with life.
You may have the feeling that you have not too much to offer, but that is all not so important, sincerity matters (46.2). And, yes, be very careful not to overburden yourself while shaping your 'new life', and may it be 'only' with thoughts otherwise you will end up exhausted. (46.6) As rosada already wrote, small and consistent steps are the way to go. I hope you feel happier soon!

I've found something in the Abate Soderini Blog about the H 23 here, and maybe it is telling you that this divorce and marriage has left you with a bunch of seeds in your hands, but their fruit are sour and you need to leave them behind, do not take them with you to your new life. your fruit still uneaten is something different, a fruit from a tree you have not yet planted and you have never tasted before. Do not carry these seeds with you to your new place. Hope it helps.
