Please help with very important decision : at crossroads 30.4 to 22

Thank you in advance for your assistance. I have been an expatriate for a while ( 9 years) and recently i am at crossroads between staying and opening a new venture here or relocate back home.
When I asked what is best for me I got 30.4 to 22....leaves me thinking is it all just dust in the wind?

I think you are being too hasty about making a decision. Allow yourself some more time to think.
Wilhelm 30.4:
A man who is excitable and restless may rise quickly to prominence but produces no lasting effects.
Thus matters end badly when a man spends himself too rapidly and consumes himself like a meteor.

h22 (Grace) does promise some success in small things. I think you have a good chance of opening a new venture (Richmond mentions 'caring for cows', a farm maybe? animal shelter|zoo ? ), just hold your horses and go slow, start small.

Both hexagrams contain fire element, interesting. Get your thoughts in order, bring more clarity to this project.

I really appreciate your insight ashteroid , I will follow the advice and wait it out while getting my thoughts in order.
Being in a 10 day time crunch ( My current contract is expiring in 10 days ) there are financial implications in waiting for this new business proposal to materialize and i am afraid not to spend all my resources while waiting.

I asked : What is more likely to happen if I take my time with my decision and got hexagram 7 unchanging.
I wonder what that means...

However this will play out, I agree it needs time ...I will take my time and trust in the Universe it will all work for the best.

Oh, 10 days you say, now I understand the importance.

It can be that some outside force will destroy the obstruction, or that you will have to meet with the ruler (government/owner) and ask for donation/help. .. just a thought.

Yes indeed " the ruler" could be the current partner/owner in my current company.
He will be the one that will be making "the donation/ investment" as he suggested the new venture with himself and his son, or me joining his son's company.
From my understanding he is planning to retire shortly from my current company and he wants to make sure i am not left behind.

Given that I am in the Middle East and now its Ramadan,things are going very slow and it is almost impossible to find another role till August

Yesterday I received a call from his son (right after casting hex 7 ) and I will be meeting with him to discuss. Fingers crossed !

Dear Ashteroid,
As promised i am back with updates.
Taking my time with the decision was the right thing to do. It gave not only myself but the people involved time to take everything into consideration. So 30.4 indeed pointed out my worrisome self.
We decided to open the other venture and our future goals mashed so well I can't help but to be excited about it. Hex 7 - an outside force did destroy the obstruction !

Hexagram 7 is also about getting all your ducks in a row, so to speak. Organizing, strategizing, making plans, being very disciplined (soldier-like), and also emphasizes work. As an answer to "What will happen if I take my time?" I'd say Yi was telling you to spend that time getting everything arranged and shoring up your defenses and discipline. Sounds like it worked.
