You've asked a ton of political prediction questions like this. I think the problem is that Yi doesn't give yes or no answers. You have to interpret the answers in the context of your own knowledge of the political situation. The more understanding you have of it and of Yi, the better understanding you will have of the answers. This is not an easy task.

Just asking many, many political prediction questions on this forum is not going to get you that understanding.
