The situation is a little funny, actually more of a sitcom if you only had a chance to see me talk to him

Anyways there is a guy (obviously, as usual) he is dangerous zone cuz hes from work, i dont even know if i want him or just cheating myself, i think he has a gf but there is this thing between us, he is flirting with me but he might be flirting with everyone, you see even from this post that i am confused anyways, so i asked

What does he want from me?

The answer is 39.2 going to 48

39, what's the obsticle, what is the line talking about? Is it about faking something or giving the wrong message out?

you see even from this post that i am confused - Confusion means you must be getting mixed messages. Mixed messages means it's not right!
That happened to me once but I went there with this guy, well not quite all the way there, but in the end it had devastating consequences to say the least.

You say you know this man through work? I don't think the I Ching is telling you what he wants, but rather what your attitude should be. If his cheerful comments are making the day more pleasant - if he is in effect encouraging you at your work - well and good. However, 39.2 sounds like his flirty comments are more of an obstruction to you getting your work done smoothly - but since as he is also a co-worker you just have to learn to work around him.
Bottomline, I don't think you should take his interest too seriously. I think you are being instructed to only look at this man in terms of whether he is helping or hindering you do the job you are being paid to do.
