Problem with form 43.235 to 51

I am confused
I have asked I Ching before about a form for my daughter (for help with benefits). There has been setbacks misinformation and finally when I thought she didn't have to worry about it another letter arrived - with completely different information
The I Ching has told me to step back - which I have done but this does need sorting

I was due to call them back today they told me to phone today
I asked how should I deal with this

I got 43.235 to 51. I was not sure what it was leading to so I phoned anyway


Today I was given good news but then I have been told things before from the organisation that have simply not happened. I am extremely pleasant on the phone but am cross because it is causing my daughter distress and has been going on for some time

What does this casting show please I am not sure quite what it is saying. It doesn't feel in auspicious but it doesn't answer my question

Richmond comments:
43.2 The movement will come when it comes, we need not fear to miss but we will stay alert, that is how we are armed.

43.3 The wide-seeing superior man is just going about his business, not trying to push things, and this is correct in our present circumstances.

h43 speaks about presenting the case at court, legal matters. Being truthful and resolute, defending your position.
The lines promise the resolution of this matter, just be patient but alert at the same time.

h51 gives an intimation of a surprise release of tension, some twist, some shock, so be ready (43.2 alarm call at night).

Update - I did step back and re read Ashteroids reply twice

There was an interview (by a very lovely lady actually) and the support worker was there. I sat in on the meeting and was asked a few questions but was more in a support role

We had the letter yesterday with the decision that is very very favourable and has lifted a great weight from both my daughter and I.
