I have posted here before that I would be stilling if I pursue a master's. The website said that I will unlikely get accepted to the JET program. Even though my undergraduate GPA isn't that good, I can make it up with letters of recommendation.

Should I pursue a master's degree after getting graduating in December? 53.3.5 Gradual Progress to 23 Stripping Away.
Hex 53: Gradual progress. The woman marries. Good fortune. Constancy bears fruit.
Line 3: Wild geese gradually progress to the high plateau. The husband marches out and does not return, The wife is pregnant, but does not raise the child. Pitfall. Fruitful to resist outlaws.
Line 5: Wild geese gradually progress to the ancestral grave-mounds. The wife is not pregnant for three years. In the end, nothing can prevent it. Good fortune.
Line 23: Stripping away. Fruitless to have a direction to go.
Is it saying that I should think about it (line 3) and that proceeding would lead me to being alone (line 5), which doesn't seem to work after all (hex 23)?

Hi Fanofenka:

I think the "should" in your question complicates things. Would you be willing to recast it with something like "What can I expect if..." or "What benefits (challenges) are there for me if I pursue this starting at x time (or later)?"

Just a thought.

Perhaps beatpoet has a good point for you to consider. That the question is cloudy so the answer is cloudy, equally. SOunds like it says there will be no real good issue (line3) from doing it, but also attempting to do it might come later on (you may hold off now but will do so later?) and you will get your masters.

And the 23 might mean since your question is clouded by this SHOULD (which is usually indicative of forcing yourself against your higher desires or longings in deference to what you think society or other people demand of you), then peeling these shoulds off and getting to the heart of your true desires is necessary.

So, try as beatpoet suggested and go to a clearer question/ a more neutral question not clouded by this negative, heavy, forced SHOULD and ask "What can I expect if..." or "What benefits (challenges) are there for me if I pursue this starting at x time (or later)?" "What would a masters gain me?" etc. good luck.

I've been getting whole TON of 23's lately. It must be a process of ridding oneself of outer layers society or our minds have put on us and getting to who we really are and what we really desire. best wishes to you.

I have revised my question to, "When is the ideal time to pursue a master's degree?" 22 uc Beauty.
Hex: Below the mountain is fire: Beauty. A noble one brings light to the many standards, but does not venture to pass judgement. Is it saying when my prospectives are low?

Well, it could mean anything really. It truly depends on your perspective on the situation and what 22 means to you. From my perspective (but keep in mind it is completely surface level to your situation since I don't know you or what you think etc), 22 unchanging seems to say maybe two things.

1. it's good now. all is in order, in its place, to go forward. appearances are nice, so your creds, paperwork, forms, recommendations, all you need to present to the school are in good enough order to go ahead. if the papers are not all filed etc, then you have all you need to be eligible to apply for the program. So basically, you're ready when you're ready bc you're ready. lol. You're as ready as you'll ever be. Like a flower in full bloom. Go get it.

2. a more "negative" take COULD be (and this is a stretch but going back to the previous reading when you wrote should), are you sure you need this decoration? This adornment? this notch in your belt? If you really do, then go for it.

I'm a novice so pls take what I say with more than a grain of salt. I'm never as creative with my own reading interpretations. This is kind of fun!

I went to a workshop regarding doing a masters today. I found out that pursuing a master's degree at my alma mater does not require a thesis. The program is quite affordable that getting tens of thousands in scholarships in more than enough to finance the degree without debt. I find that doing a MS Master in Science is cheaper than an MBA. Since my GPA isn't good, I can make it up with professor recommendations and the GMAT or GRE.

What would happen if I pursue an MBA? 2.1.5 Earth to 3 Sprouting.
Hex 2: Power of the land: Earth. A noble one, with generous character, carries all the beings.
Line 1: Treading on frost, Hard ice is arriving.
Line 5: Yellow lower garments. From the source, good fortune.
Hex 3: Clouds, thunder: Sprouting. A noble one weaves warp and weft.
Is it saying that pursuing an MBA would make me feel indifferent (line 1) and I would likely fail (line 5), wherein the end, it would not help me (hex 3)?

What would happen if I pursue an MS? 2.2 Earth to 7 The Army.
Hex 2: Power of the land: Earth. A noble one, with generous character, carries all the beings.
Line 2: Surveying the realms' greatness. Without rehearsal, there is nothing that does not bear fruit.
Hex 7: In the centre of the earth is a stream: the Army. A noble one accepts the people and gathers together crowds.
Is it saying that pursuing an MS would make me feel like that it's a better investment (line 2) and I would be able to work with classmates (hex 7)?

I am getting 2 in the first position for both questions. Is it referring that its a choice I have to make?
