Hi Clarity friends.
Well, finally I didn't get the position, so I asked:
Do I have to persevere in my objective (scientific research)?

50 uc

Is there anything else I have to know ?

20.3,4

To give you some context, I have recently finished my PhD and currently looking for a post-doc position to pay for my contribution to human knowledge.
I interpret this answer as an announce of some internal changes in the way I submit my proposals. So, yes, I have to persevere but introducing some more elements in my research, tools and format.
Observe the effect this have in my future applications and then decide.

Thank you,

Endless

I think the advice for you is to change your approach.
Keep adjusting the ingredients (50), stir them good and taste (20.3).

20.3 → 53.4 → 33
But if it doesn't work - step back, sit for a while on a mountain top (20.4), and then try adding something new (53.4)
The wild goose approaches a tree. It may find a branch to land on. No error.

Geese do not live in trees; identity may visit identified places but they are not its home either. This visiting is not an error but neither is it a home-coming.

It maybe time for a retreat(33) from you old approach. 50.4 speaks of being a guest of a king, a wandering lecturer? Not a permanent position but something else? just a hobby/part-time?

Very interesting Ashteroid !
Yes, I gave a lecture last week in a conference not in my original place so that I found new approaches to my research. New opportunities appeared as well. I made a lot of new friends that kindly sent me new things to check. In this moment I'm experiencig the begining of a new cycle.
You know ? Yi has the ability to speak in a very metaphoric and, at the same time, plain way. Yes, I've been in the top of the hill the last weekend. Yes, colleagues gave me good tips and feedbacks so that I can adjust the ingredients of my research. And yes, this has to be, litterally, with food.
I really cherish my work !
´Thank you for your insight,
have a good weekend,
