Hi!
So I’ve been accepted to school and in 33 years of age. Just reconnected with an x that I’ve loved for ten years now. Question is, will I be able to handle both at the same time as I’m kinda running out of fertile years but need to get an education also. This is a very personal question for me because I didn’t think I wanted kids (in truth I didn’t believe I was capable) for most of my adult life. Now that I understand my mental illness I can see all the negative talk that I’m not enough and that it isn’t true. I know this is far off from right now as I have just reconnected but I can’t help but notice how he inspires me to want to procreate.
Thanks for your help! I’m new to this but I believe this answer is an interesting answer which seems to say “go for it”.

32.4 In the field no game.

I don't see this as a comment as to whether you could juggle it all that but more as a comment about your concerns re-conception. Is there any medical reason why you would be unable to reproduce? Or possibly your romantic interest doesn't see himself as having a kid.? If I had to make a judgement based on this reading I think you are being advised not to try to do it all at once. Meanwhile congrats on re-connecting with the old flame. That's lovely!

Doesn't this line sometimes indicate there are no obstructions so you can go through it? So since the question was "Will I be able to conciliate this and that" it could be that yes, no problem.
If you want a child just stop using contraception and let nature do its course perhaps, without actively seeking it (not thinking about days and stuff like that).
At 33 you would be considered a young Mother in my country
The last three friends of mine giving birth were 43!

Hello Water Star!

Reading your post made me glad; as it marks the coincidence of two (three?) happy events.

I'd like to comment on your readings; just 32.4 changes to 46, not 55. Can you write the exact cast?

Thanks so much for you input! I think I was having trouble seeing because this matter is close to my heart. Appreciate your response and with a few days of reflection I agree with you. I don’t have any medical reasons that I know of and he does want kids but to be honest I always had a feeling I wasn’t very fertile. However, I’m going to school for TCM so I’m sure I’ll be all balanced out and fertile by the end of my schooling :)

Thanks for your reply! I have the same outlook, if nature supports it, I have little to do but wait. But I do want to discuss not using contraception with Jesse because I don’t know how long it could take to get pregnant.
What country are you from? I’m in Canada 🇨🇦

Hi! Sorry I’m new to this I’m not sure what the “cast” is exactly. I’ll attach a screen shot maybe that will help.

Ah, your reading was 34.2, not 32.4.

The Wilhelm translation for 34.2 is "Perseverance brings good fortune" - not so much a yes or a no but encouragement that as you stabilize where you are with each step then the next step is revealed. I read this as a caution not to over commit in any one direction but to assume you will be given guidance as you need it.

Water Star;
the cast means the answer the I Ching gives you, in other words, the hexagrams & changing lines.

You've received 34.2>55 which is really good- you can do it!

oops! Typical of me to mix up the numbers. Thanks for noticing! I feel a bit sheepish... but this does sound more like what I had interpreted. Thanks again!
