the question is little bit confusing. you already are interested of him/her since you are asking. i suppose the question was if something develops between you two and since the sack is tied-up, i doubt it.

I have a question. Does hexagram 9 changing to 2 sort of indicate making small little steps of progress over a whole lot of things in life in general without really knowing where things will wind up?

I'm just wondering if the I Ching was really answering my question...
