Question about the job

Hi there fellow Iching casters.
Today I have gound this pretty attractive job post which I am willing to apply

But before the move I aske the oracle about it
" what us in store for me if I apply and get hired for a junior project manager position?"

I have received
31.3.5 moving to 16.

Are the prospects bright? Or should I not waste my time?

You have cast the hexagram called Sensitivity. There is a dual and apparently contradictory indication here, but it may be one prediction followed by the other. The lower line says that you are allowing yourself to be influenced by something lowly. Or, indeed, there could be some pain of some kind involved. Hip pain or lower back pain. The upper line is more positive and could be the basis for a pretty good job. 16 has to do with enthusiasm and fitness, as in physical fitness. I would say, go for it, but don't jump in to an aspect of the job that you really shouldn't bother with, maybe out of a desire to please them.
