I used to work in an office where this person, S., i experienced as really mean to me. So I quit because it got really bad. I was curious as to how others experienced her; as in, was she only bad to me?
I asked
How did J experience S (J is slightly newer than S, but they're both fulltimers)? 16.1>51
How did D experience S (D was a part timer)?25.6>17
M's thoughts on S (M is the manager, I told M about S's treatment towards me, and am not sure of the result)? 60.6>61
Did i do the right thing by quitting? 17.1>45
Can i expect better things to come? 26.1.2.3.5>20

I assume that others don't experience S favorably as well, or am I wrong? S went out of her way to make alot of problems for me, when I helped her loads in her organization. I have yet to know why, so I asked: Why did S make things so bad for me at the workplace? 32.1>34. alot of demands placed?

thanks if you can help.

How did J experience S ? 16.1>51

I think J found her arrogant, self righteous and very disruptive.

How did D experience S ?25.6>17

Pushy and in need of respect.

M's thoughts on S (M is the manager, I told M about S's treatment towards me, and am not sure of the result)? 60.6>61

M knew that if he/she tried to discipline S that it would ultimately backfire because M realized that S is uncontrollable, so no punishment would stop her but just make her more of the same but turn her into a nastier version.

Did i do the right thing by quitting? 17.1>45

Yes.

Why did S make things so bad for me at the workplace? 32.1>34

She wanted you out as she was basically a greedy climber and a bully.

wow, Willowfox, you did get the essence of the situation right. What was appalling to me was that the manager was powerless to do anything about it.

also, how D can continually go back to work intrigues me as well.

S was very manipulative and horrible, am glad the yi picked it out.

also, willowfox, can i expect better things to come after quitting, ie, better job or other prospects?
26.1.2.3.5>20

Regarding the manager and S, the resulting hexagram 61, shows kinship. Does it indicate tht the manager actually likes S.? Because when i complained to M about S, she was sticking up for S, so I really thought that I was being redundant in my complaint...

Last question: the boss, how does he think of S.? 60.4>58.
not surprisingly, positive?

Did M. believe me when i informed her of S.'s misdeeds towards me?
20.2>59
maybe it says she cannot relate, because she is not in my situation?

any advice is appreciated.

Hex 61 talks about dealing with difficult people who won't listen, so M knew that she was dealing with an obstinate person who wouldn't change, so "if you can't beat them join them".

Take an objective view of your current situation, then you will see that your future holds a lot of potential for you, but you got to make it happen yourself. You want to win the lotto, then you have to buy a ticket first.
