I would like to hear some insights from you about the outcome of two questions I asked about the movement fo democracy in Nepal.

The King of Nepal is now for about a year the absolute ruler of the small Himalaya kingdom of Nepal. He made a coup d'etat in February last year and so far succeeded against his people.

A few days ago a general strike was declared by the leaders of the Seven Party Alliance (a democracy movement). It is widely followed all over the country ,snd common support is growing every day.

I asked the Yi about the DAO of this Movement for Democracy and got 7, the Army, unchanging.

Then I asked about the DAO of the King/Dictator and his followers and got 47,6 to 6.

I hope the answer as far as I understood it is not only out of wishful thinking so I would really appreciate your take on that matter.

I love this country and will go there again in a few days.

Love,

Soshin

I'm not sure what you mean by the question. Is DAO like Tao? And by DAO or Tao do you mean "fate", like "What is the fate of this Movement for Democracy?" and "What is the fate or inner nature of the king/Dictator?"
If so, then yeah, I would say there isreason to be optimistic that the movement is so well organized it will not be stopped. On the other hand, it sounds like the King and his followers relish conflict so things may actually come to blows, before they agree to necessary compromise.

Hi Soshin,

First, it?s a shame that a ?peacefull? country as Nepal is in a state like this right now... Second, it?s a hell of a great subscribtion the Yi is giving about the Seven Party Alliance as the DAO is symbolised by hexagram number 7... As long as the parties stay together as a kind of joined force and organise there discipline, like an army (and besides the other party NOT BE ONE...!), things will go forward. The King will then actually ?see? (have insight) in what he is doing, and the thoughts, ideas and plans he has (47) will stroke with the peoples wishes... I do warn you for wishfull thinking and are not hoping that you suport the 7 Party Aliance that much so that you ?projected?the hexagrams to let your wishes come out :-D...

Hang in there and peace to the people of Nepal!

Hug,
Frank

Twenty months later...

An update...

The King stepped back from absolute rule a few days after I asked the oracle. A few days ago, on 28th of December 2007, Nepal has been declared by the parliament a Federal Republic. In April 2008 the first elections since 1994 will take place. The king is allowed to stay in the palace until then.

Happy New Year, Nepal,

Soshin
