Recruiter not responding to voicemails. Hex 13.4 to Hex 37

Why isn't the recruiter responding to my voicemails?

Hexagram 13.4 into Hexagram 37

Hexagram 13.4 from what I have interpreted is that I have had some struggle from getting a response back from the recruiter, but maybe should hear from him/her soon. This changes into Hexagram 37 which symbolizes the "family man". So I assume there is a possibility of me hearing a response from the recruiter soon. I don't think it would be a good idea to keep calling her or that might make me sound desperate and annoying.

Nothing yet. Well, maybe the I-Ching should given me hexagram 5 so I would have known that I would have to wait longer than I anticipate. So I would have known be active or passive.

You expected the positive result urgently, but they still need time for the answer.
The money will not be so good, compare to your ability.

You're right, I called again and the woman said they need more time and she will let me know before the end of the week. I have a feeling the pay won't be as good as Im getting now at my current internship, but at least its a "job" rather than me doing nothing. Pay isn't as important to me as experience, as I still looking for exposure and a full-time opportunity. Although, how did you interpret that the pay would not be as good? I didn't read that deep into it.

37 - may mean they are looking for a family man (marrieds are stable?)
just an observation. Also 13 is certainly referring to team player - either
the recruiter isnt getting back because its being bounced round the team.
Or they are scrutinising you along these lines so present yourself strengths
in these areas

she called back and said she would get back to me but hasn't yet. Marries are stable but most the people I know there are young and not married. I think they want a team player and that i am, I'll wait for some news. My experience at my current firm already demonstrates that I am a team player since I work with senior management and a couple analysts.

Just to update you all regarding this question. I finally did get a call back and the position is not a good one of value or where I can learn. Just like Maverickcc mentioned the position is not great and the pay isn't as good for a contract compared to my current internship. Man, sometimes i wish the I-Ching was wrong sometimes about certain things...haha I guess I'm just being silly. Thanks though for the insight even though I did not want to believe it.
