I'm in a pretty bad situation. I'm in a relationship with my superior right now, initially I just thought it was all fun but slowly i began to sink deeper into this relationship which shouldn't even happen and I can't control it. He's a married man. And if anything bad happens I would find it hard to stay in my job as well.

The love and care he has given me is something I've never felt before. He would always try to find time for me and help me out in various things in life, especially work. I have never met someone as observant as him also, he would remember little things about me, even things i casually said would also be remembered by him which touched me greatly. However the thought of not seeing the future with him really affects me.

I asked Iching how will things progress between us? 46.1 to 11. This seems positive, does this mean we will progress further despite the situation?

I also asked how does he feel towards me? 48.3.6 This I do not understand.

Your romance filled you with a sense of love and light but ironically this sense of well being has cause you to see this relationship from a more enlightened view point. 46. is about responding to this higher - wider - vision. At 46.1 you can see how things are going to 11.Flow. The lines describe a grand ride that ultimately comes to an end. I think you are being advised here to consider that this relationship will ultimately end and perhaps to start now considering how you can land safely.

I see 48.3 as saying he feels you have talents others - maybe not even you - don't see or appreciate and 48.6 is saying he feels he can help you cultivate your potential. In short he sees himself as your mentor. 48.3.6 changes to 29. so he also recognizes the dangers inherent in this type of relationship, nevertheless less he feels confident he can guide the two of you through any difficulties. Because these hexagrams do not refer to long term partnership I would read them as a warning not to fantasize about the relationship becoming more than an office romance.
