Hello. I have already asked several questions about my relationship and sought interpretation and now I will do it again.
My boyfriend and I have broken up for somewhere between a month and two months after almost four years of being together. I really want us to get back together, but there isn't too much that I can do to change that.
Anyway, I asked what might happen between us and I got hexagram 40 with no changing lines. I appreciate any interpretation, thank you.

Might go either way. Hex 40 says get on with it or get out of it...its a time to release tension. So you might let go fully of each other OR you might resolve differences and get back together. There's no way of me knowing which it will be. Either way any state of tension will not persist. Don't hang about....resolve it one way or the other

Help me interpretation

i'm worried sick about my exboyfriend (dated over 2 years..both in our late 30's, talked about marriage ect.) we broke up because he was scared and I walked away..its now been 3 months and I'm wrethced with confusion.

I did two I Chings yesterday - both came up Hex 1 - unchanging. My questions were " Will Pat and I reunited ' and Will Pat and I marry?

Then today i asked will Pat come back to me and I go

Hex 40 changing ( on lines 1, 4 and 6) changing to Hex 41

I'm so confused as what it means?

Jenati, that is extraordinary that you received hex 1 for both your question about reuniting and your question about marrying. So, in a sense you did not even have to ask your third question because it seems that the answer to your first two questions was a strong yes. "Sublime success" say the various translations ... All best wishes to you. Don't be confused. You have received deeply significant omens.

As much as I appreciate Ginnie's interpretations, I have a different view and experience with 1.

I see success as typically being relative and temporary, and becoming the opposite along the way, and then back again. A way opens, a way closes, on and on. To me it's a hexagram of unending doors and possibilities, a continual morphing, transforming. Isn't that also the way of a creative relationship? Must it be defined so finitely in order to flourish? Might it exist in spirit? Whether or not you manage to make it back together, h1 is available, ongoing, never-ending; Spirited dragons and thunder are a blast to follow: you never know what you're going to get next.

I also see it as your self-reliance. If you've heaven in you, you are made of heaven. What is there to fear and worry over?
