Relationship - how to apply within context: 37.2.5 > 26

Im not sure how to interpret this. The current situation between x and i are that he appears to be unwilling to engage in talking. I sent an email asking to talk about where we are, and he never responded. Which pretty much answered the question. So when I asked my question I was hoping for a possible reconnecting, but I fear I'm in denial of the truth. The answer is perplexing as it appears positive, but considering we're not in a relationship ... is it talking about me relating to myself regarding moving on; or is it actually hopful of him returning in his own time?

I asked what kind of relationship can X and I create: 37.2.5> 26
