I asked about insights of the relationship potentisl between myself and X.

Seems to be saying that I will struggle but there is progress and accomplishment.

Any other insights greatly appreciated

I do not think it says what you want it to.

39 is about being blocked and reversing course, 52 is about not taking action.

Perhaps the person could be a friend (companions appear)
But in line 6 you are told to turn around (from the idea of a relationship)
and that would be a mature thing to do.
