relationship question help please

Well it's been a few days and I decided to ask again what the IC could tell me about my relationship with the person I am interested in. (we are not yet in a relationship) The answer I got was #8 line 1 to #3.

On another day I asked what the outlook for the relationship was if I remained positively interested ( not let myself waver and become unsure) and I got #30 line 2 to #14.

Hex 8.1 says to show that you are sincere in you wish to form a relationship, if you truly are then others will notice and respond accordingly.

hex 3 says that all new beginnings are difficult but given time these problems disappear.

Yes it does sound successful but almost like I am going to win the lottery or something not really in my opinion about a relationship. I guess some answers are just like that. thanks again
