Renting out my house

Greetings I-Ching community! Another big decision is upon me. I need to rent out my beautiful house that i've put 3.5 yrs of work into to pursue my career elsewhere. I had rented it before and had it get pretty run down and neglected.
I have narrowed it down to 2 candidates now. For the 1st I got 34.5> 43

For the 2nd; 18.5> 57

The 1st one is currently renting one of the rooms and would be taking over the whole place and the 2nd would be coming in fresh when the current lease is up Dec 1st and take it over. There are many pros and cons to each.

Based on the readings I am leaning towards the 2nd which will also be willing to pay a bit more.
Any on the readings in relation to the question??

Question about option 1:
How would it affect my life if I rent my place to x(taking in less $) instead of to someone new?

Question for option 2:
Yi, please show me an image describing the situation of y renting my house.

The questions are a bit different and the 2nd one was asked about a week later. The 1st option, (x) is currently renting one of the rooms but wants a break on the whole place and I know the 2nd one would be cleaner.

For the 1st I got 34.5> 43:
The code of hex 34.5 says "a man lost his sheep in the border area, you will not make a serious mistake". The code of Hex 43(hex name is "resolution") says "shout loudly in the king's house". So I think the 1st person may often play music loudly or sing and speck loudly. So you can terminate the lease(just like losing a sheep).

For the 2nd; 18.5> 57
The code of hex 18.5 says "correct your father's mistake, you should appoint a person having good reputation", Hex 57 means following commands and orders, and the code of hex 57 says "be prosperous, it's a good time to move forward".

These texts show that the 2nd person is a good tenant, and you will be able to get more money as you described.

I asked again about option 1 since he really wants to stay and now says he can handle the full rent. Worded the question same as I did for option 2 with the addition of specifying full rent:
"Yi, please show me an image describing the situation of x renting my house for the full rent."
Very interesting result; 43.1.4.6> 57.
What option 1's first question changed to, changing to what option 2's question changed to.
Looks like the Hex 57 is somehow inherent in renting my place.
I'm not looking for help deciding. The lines in this reading look obviously like something to avoid. Just amazes me how out of 64 possiblities, when asking about the same situation the same hexes come up!

Besides, you can call the hexagram before line changing as "base hexagram" or "original hexagram", and all the hexagram after line changing as "changing hexagram". Changing hexagram is the most common form in I Ching's histroy.

By the way, Hex 57 consists of two Wind trigrams. In the theory of the Eight Trigrams, Wind means making much more money(of course, it also has many other meanings).

Thank you both for the very insightful replies! Asteroid, how do you get that the 6th line of 43, "watching for potential" is about option 2? It makes sense but I just don't see how you get that.

I do know for sure option 2 will maintain the house better.

18 does say "3 days before starting, after starting 3 days" Mabey my wanting to be extra sure, and taking this time before confirming has to do with that.

Thanks Xuesongyu. Not sure if you mean option 1 is a better choice now than before, or option one is better choice than option 2. I'm assuming the former but please clarify.

and you have a potential tenant waiting, so I just connected these facts by pure logic.

After discussing terms with option 1, there were a few things that changed so I asked a final time:
"Now that we have gotten clear on the terms, please show me the image of x renting my house." :
12.3.6> 31
The situation with option 2 has been clear from the begining so 18> 57 still stands.
12>31 seems to me not so good, so again i'm leaning towards option 2. Is 31 worth going through 12?
The top line of 12 seems like things finally come together after some difficulty.
Any insight is appreciated. Much thanks for the help.
