Seeking advice re: breaking silence, crush on friend (14.5>1).

I am new to the community and to the I Ching, and I would appreciate any insight into my reading.

I asked "what would happen if I told x how I feel?" and received hexagram 14 ("Great Possession") with one changing line at 5, turning to hexagram 1 ("Creative Force").

I interpret this as a positive reading, encouraging gratitude for this fortunate, sustaining friendship. The changing line -- "He whose truth is accessible, yet dignified, has good fortune" (Wilhelm/Baynes) -- seems to counsel sincerity and thoughtfulness, if I choose to disclose.

(I am not certain about how to read the changed hexagram, "Creative Force" -- might it support assertiveness and direct communication here?)

Finally, this situation is complicated, and sharing my (not purely platonic) admiration is risky. We're friends, but attached to others. Due to a move, we will be separated by great distance for the foreseeable future, and I'm not certain if/when we will see each other again.

I'll give a try on this, as I had some similar Hexs in the last days.

Overall, I think the answer is positive: I guess you exactly know what you feel and what you'd like to tell. The sun shines over your convictions and your intensions are good, you are sincere (line 5), but you must maintain your dignity (always line 5).

About the creative: I read here, it indicates a new state of things, which means, a new situation in which you'll be find yourself. The Creative says: everything is possible, it's still in your hands.
