Why does this stuff keep happening to me - I really took my time to find a suitable place and I knocked back 3 other rentals because the red flags were obvious and now this.
Recently I got offered a job but decided against it because I just knew in my heart it would turn out the same as always. I've worked long and hard on my inner self and am the happiest I've been in my life with more that one good reason to get up in the morning and now this....all I wanted was to find a place of my own without a landlord breathing down my neck. Honestly the units and the town are lovely but the tenants are turning out to be a nightmare.
Suddenly there was a lot of activity next door and lot of people coming and going. This set of units used to be a haven where drugs were sold but apparently it's been cleaned up!!
What do I need to know about drug transactions taking place next door

A noble one reduces what is too much and increases what is diminished. - The noble one being the seller, reducing his stash which is too much for one person and increases his 'clients' stash that has been smoked away (diminished).
Looks like it to me....
Besides this possibility there's just a lot of general partying going on. I had to see the real estate today and we spoke about the partying behaviour and I said it hasn't been awful yet and she said in a month you may feel different, I'll work something out.
Since early this afternoon it's just been full on kids coming back and forth in their cars and being loud and erratic.
What will the real estate do to rectify this situation
Hex 18unchanging - Repair what has been Spoiled/Soiled - honestly I've already thought if she (real estate) expected more instead of being lax this probably wouldn't be happening.
I met the present owner when he was painting my unit before I moved in. He only bought the units 18 months ago and a neighbour of the property told me he's already made some improvements, she's the one that told me about the amount of riff raff that went on here. He also mentioned to the real estate that he noticed a lot more people in the units than there should have been. Knowing her she probably just said to him she'd look into it.
I will be asking her to find me an alternative place to live because I don't feel exactly safe here
