Selling House - Desperately Need Help

Question - Will I make enough money from my house Answer - Hex 56 lines 2 & 5 to Hex 44 A bit background - I have fought to keep my home since my husband died 23 yr ago . My grown children have their own homes now and I can't afford to keep this (plus it is far too large) I am extremely sad and distressed about the whole situation and very ,very worried about where I will end up livingThe only other time I asked about my living situation after selling I also got The Wanderer I have also been seeing a man and this is the only time I have felt close to anyone in all those yearsAnyways I need help deciphering this as I am very worried I may do something "Off The Wall" such as buy a van and head off into the sunset(I have an enormous amount of wanderlust in me anyway and go off into the Wilderness on my own each weekend as it is)Thank you for any help in advance

The Wanderer changing to Temptation - I can certainly see how you might be concerned that once you got the cash in your hot little hand you might be tempted to follow your bliss---into an abyss! The way you have asked your question makes an interpretation difficult - you ask, "Will I make enough money from my house?" But to do what exactly? Buy a smaller place? Buy a van? The Image of 44 speaks of traveling the world but the lines warn against temptation. Perhaps you are being reassured that you will make enough to move along but you will have to be mindful of your budget. Sometimes I get helpful answers just asking the I Ching for a comment as in, "Please comment on my idea to sell my house with particular attention to how I should reinvest the proceeds."

Thank you for your quick reply Rosada. I can see how I didn't phrase my question properly. What I meant was - Will I have enough money to buy a decent home once I sell. Your reply as to asking the I Ching to comment makes a lot of sense as I am so worried right now that I fear I am not asking the right questions.Thank you once again

I did as you asked and asked the I Ching for advice as to how I should reinvest the proceeds of house sale and received Hex 19 changing to 24 (line 2)All the answers seem relevant to my situation but I have difficulty with the interpretation

Hi Vanora, According to 6 lines with 5 elements theory Wen Wang Gua, on your Hex 56, line two matches line 5 to produce line 4. You will get alot of money from the sales. But line 4's money element is hurt if you buy this new house. You end up losing more if you buy this house in your mind because in the future you will spend more on this new house. A better home is available to purchase in the month of March 2019.

Hex 56 line 1 is your self line is an Earth element with property (wood) hiding in your element. That house is empty (wood element is missing) under the day of the reading.
. . This must be the current home. It is the perfect home for you but, you spent alot on it (line 4).

line 4 is metal (money) exhausted on the wood(house)line 2 represents an action , fire horse element is unfavorable under the month (yin metal) of reading. it is a moving star. it couples with line 5 earth goat, producing more earth. Causing you great burden. The horse element also repels your money star.

your line is a yin line, under the reading it doesnt move or change. in hex 44 line 1 , it is also a yin line. both line share the earth element . Which means your situation doesn't change the better. Except you lost a good home (line 6).

Thank you Pooja 123.While everything you said makes sense to me I have absolutely no option but to sell this house.It is true I have no income at the min and the reason is I sold a taxi business I owned and have been Iving off the money from that.Coincidentally I travel away into the Scottish Highlands every week then put the photos on my Facebook page along with a humerous, tongue in cheek story. Many people have told me I should write a book or start a blog and I'm wondering if this could be where " The Wanderer" is coming in.Hell - it's just dawned on me - my username here is the Scottish name for Guinevere, also known as The Wanderer. How strange!!!!

Note how the first answer shows only you moving / travelling.
The second answer shows two people both moving together.

I just want to add that while 19.2 suggests investing in conjunction with another person it may not necessarily mean you literally pool your resources. It could mean you take another person into account, that is, you consider your friendship as you consider where and how to invest. Thus while it could mean the two of you buy a house - or a van - together, it might also mean that you should simply consider the friendship itself and how it might affect where you buy a house or whether you even need a house. 24. Return sounds like you should get something you can return to after your adventures. So perhaps look at places where you think you might like to ultimately retire or maybe just rent a room in someone else's house that's easy to get in and out of..
19. Nearing also makes me think it's getting close to the time when you will be needing to make these decisions, but it's not here yet. Don't commit too soon. Keep alert to new opportunities.

you can sell the house but best time to buy a home is next year after 5th February. you have to study what options is available in terms of temporary accommodation.
