Selling my house or staying: 53.2.6 vs 37 UC

Back in early March i posted here about a reading for selling my house this year: Hexagram 53.2.6 > 48.
I did a reading a month later "How would keeping my property in 'x' (place) for a least 2 more years affect my life?" : 37 Unchanging.
I am very much leaning towards selling right now but still 2nd guessing a bit. Hard to let go. And Family seems like a good reading too.
Which one would you pick? and why?

53. Gradual Progress emphasizes the importance of doing things gradually so first of all perhaps you are being cautioned not to sell your house too impulsively. 53.2 describes a lovely life situation but 53.6 describes moving on to something unknown. This combo makes me wonder if you know where you would go from here? (I am assuming you live in this house now.) 48. The Well seems to encourage that selling this house would lead to other opportunities. Perhaps this is a reference to the fact that if you sell you would then have some money to work with.
37. Family seems to echo 53.2. A nice home where you are now.
All together I think you are being advised that you have a good place to be right now so don't be too quick to sell. Take some time to consider what you are wanting the next phase of your life to be.

Good advice Rosada. There's a lot to consider. And yes my situation is good but my place is worth 4 times what i paid now and i have the opportunity to get out of having a mortgage and move more out in the country. It's a big move for sure. Once i leave this area i wouldn't be able to own here again.
I got The Well with line 5 for: "what is the image of 'x' being my realtor for this sale?" That seems like a really good one for the realtor.

Based on these two readings alone, I would pick a 37 unchanging experience over 53 with lines 2 and 6. Are there any external circumstances you haven't mentioned? How would moving impact your family and community connections? 53.2 is pleasant but not solid, complex, and nourishing in the way 37 uc often is, and 53.6 is fortunate, but it can also feel lonely at times. The fact that once you move you can't go back does give me pause.

Thanks Mulberry. Yes, my current girlfriend and i have been getting really close and it's been feeling more grounded between us lately. At first i did not consider "us" as a factor in my decision. After the decision to put the place on the market, i realized she would not be able to move to my new location for some time because of her job.
I could still get a rental around here for some time while her work commitment is still happening, but if i sell owning here would not be possible. At least in the foreseeable future.

In that case, I would see staying as furthering the establishment of some kind of family life. Doesn't mean children, necessarily, or what you might picture family as being traditionally, but some kind of unit of organized intimacy and order (37). 53.2.6 is pleasant but shows a situation where there is more of an emphasis on continued growth and development to go through.
