Hi everybody,

could you help me in this interpretation?
I live in a big city in Italy where I moved 4 years ago.
I have an artistic background and I used to travel a lot. I decided to move here to find balance and more stability.
I switched my artistic competences into a job as video and film maker (editor mainly). I did many compromises and sacrifices during the past 4 years, including working as a baby sitter to complement my main activity.
Since a year I can provide to myself based on my work as a video maker and I'm very happy. I'm having good commissions, I'm doing a lot of progress but my job is not yet stable.

I have to leave the place where I live (I'm renting a room and I live with a flatmate).
I own a very tiny apartment in my hometown, I rented it for a few money, but still they help.
I'm 47 years old, very tired to live together with other people.

My only chance is selling my tiny flat and buy another one here in this city, but it's much more expensive. So I will need to make a loan as well. It's very challenging. I could wait to see if my job continues well, but I feel it's time to sell and buy now.
I cannot find another accommodation (a rented room) as cheap as the one where I live now. Renting another room in a shared apartment would cost me less than making a loan to buy a small apartment, but yet the difference is not so huge. Renting by myself here would be much more expensive than having a loan, this doesn't make sense.

I then decided to sell my apt, buy another one here, adding the missing money with a loan. Sometimes I feel it's the right thing to do and my job will work out and the universe will support my choice. Other times, I fear a lot, worried about the money I can earn or not.

I'm going back to my hometown for Christmas. In the beginning of the new year, while I'm still there, I would like to tell my tenant I need to sell my apt. We have a written agreement that she has to leave if I sell (I'll give her the established notice). Am I doing the right choice for myself?

37 is talking about home. Line 6 looks auspicious about taking responsibilities. But since my question is about selling, I don't know how to find the right meaning of Yi's answer to my question.
Any help would be very appreciated.

Thank you :)

37.6 does say …in the end good fortune, but 63 says beginnings good fortune, endings chaos. Overall I think it is saying that it is important for you to begin looking at options for a better living arrangement, but now is not the time to make any final decisions.

I feel this could be saying either:

1) you’ve already decided this, so you already know the answer. Almost like “it already is, because you’ve chosen to end this ‘relationship’ with the apartment you’re selling.

2) That there will be some challenge with this process and just let it go for now. I’ve received this line at time for things that simply didn’t happen so that’s why it gives me pause to only say the above.

Thanks for all of your feedbacks. They all sound great.
it’s true I’ve already decided, my only fear is about making a loan and being able to pay it. But somehow I trust the fact I did a lot for my job and I will continue. I always had troubles with money because of my choice to be an artist (but I don’t regret it). However, I always found a way to support myself by myself.
What I could see is that - by trusting myself and the universe - I could have more and more. I need to continue to work hard and keep my fears away and everything can work out.

Something great just happened. A while ago, during my way back to my hometown, I was chatting with a friend of mine, I told him about my decision to sell my apt and he told me he would really be interested in buying my apt. That’s would be great, I trust him (he’s my lawyer by the way…).

Might this be a sign that it’s really now the right time to sell? I’ll meet him to discuss this with him next week and I’ll keep you updated about what will be up. 😊

Hi, here my update.
I met my lawyer, he wanted to buy - as an investment - but for a price which is very much lower than what I wanted to sell. I won't ever sell my apartment for that prince, really outrageous!!
Anyway, since I know I want to buy I will go on with what needed.

An agent can sell it for me and we'll see how long it will take.
Anyway, the first thing to do now is asking my tenant if she wants to buy it.
I know she is happy there, she has a permanent contract at work and she is young.
She doesn't have money herself but by the same amount of money of her rent she could buy my apartment with a loan in about 15-20 years.

If she doesn't want it, I will tell my agent to proceed and put it up for sale, then I'll see how long it will take.
So, I asked Yi: What's if I ask my flatmate to buy my apt herself?
and I received 50.3.5.6 to 47

Line 3 says there is food but it is not eaten or used. But in the end good fortune.
Instead line 5 and 6 looks to be auspicious.

What do you think about this reading? Is there any good chance to sell my apt to my tenant or might it says not to her (line 3) but later on to someone else. That would fit with some of your previous comments saying it might not be now the right moment to sell my apartment, but later on it will.

Thanks for your help again!
