Selling Work? 63.5.6

Hi all,
I'd love some help with an interpretation here. To give a little background to the situation, I was recently asked to consign some artworks to a prominent art dealer who had wanted to present the work to a corporate client. I felt very sure at first that she would sell some of the work just based on her attitude and the number she took verses the number of artworks she claimed these clients would be buying. Also, the clients saw some images of the work ahead of time, and they wanted to see them in person. So the gallery and art dealer presented the work to them last week. The art dealer informed me that I would probably know pretty quickly whether they sold the work or not. She thought maybe as early as the day after the presentation. Now it has been 6 days, and I am getting really anxious, because I have not heard anything at all. I am unemployed right now so was really hoping to sell the work and have a little cushion. The only thing that I can think is that maybe the client is still deciding. There is also the possibility that she is pitching them to another client, because she did mention that there was another potential buyer.

I asked, "What is the likelihood that X will sell some of the drawings she took from me on consignment in the coming weeks? The answer was 63.5.6

This could be a big turning point for my career, because if she sells the work I think she will want to continue to work with me. Her gallery is very respected, so this is kind of a big deal on several levels.

To the best of my knowledge, this reading is saying something like don't rest on your laurels or assume it is done? I am not really sure how to interpret it, especially considering that there is nothing else I can do in this situation. I have already created the work and given it to her, so not sure what to make of this.

I will definitely know within a few weeks though if anyone wants to take a crack at it and definitely get confirmation that their reading was correct or incorrect!

It's interesting that 22 Adornment has appeared in your reading. Representing the art, the beauty.
I think it's a good sign, together with 63 - the work is done as you say, and it is out of your hands now.
I'm trying to combine 63 and 22 here, artwork that is finished, yes makes sense. Both hexes mention small things, and lines 5 and 6 as well. So I think she will sell some items, probably the least expensive ones.
Also keeping in mind the smallness of success, I think it won't be a real turning point for you but it will definitely help.

To update on this, she did sell some of the work. It was actually two of the more expensive items and two of the less expensive ones though. So a mix. Also, it is a turning point for me regardless, because it is a major gallery that has sold some of my work. So I think the beginning of a relationship with them.

It's a good chunk of money also, so I am happy. However, now the issue is that they chose the works but are awaiting budget approval before they cut the checks. I feel pretty confident the budget will be approved. It's a big corporation, so I think things are just moving slowly. Also, the dealer says that it is her first time working with some new people in the company, so they are just vetting things a little more carefully.

Anyway, I asked a follow up question– "When will I get the check from the dealer?" The answer is hex 24.4. She mentioned early November. It's October now, so I am wondering. The casting makes me a little nervous, bc it's suggesting a shock. But I'm wondering if that is just the basis– the shock I have had that I haven't received the money yet.

What do you think?

Hi ariel, it's good to hear that things are working out for you.

24.4 - I think it's a visual sign, saying that 3 weeks need to pass before you can get the paycheck.
The first line marks the day you asked the question - it's the only one yang(whole) in the whole hex, and it is first/base line.
Line 4 kinda points to 3rd week from 'now', and it does correlate with her mentioning early November
In 51 I see a movement/news/surprise - release of tension of waiting/end of the situation, a positive sign.
