My dear I Ching Community,
I need you advice for a very delicate situation.
I have been in a very difficult position at work. I'm a woman and I work in tv. i have always had good relationship with my team both professionally and morally never had any problem in leading a team with great results. Now they have assigned me a difficult project and i'm dealing with a director that I have never worked before. He is a chauvinist, disgusting, and I think for the first time in my life I have been sexually harassed.
It is something that is really making me sick. I don't sleep anymore, I have changed the way i dressed covering my self like never before. I feel disgusted and I can't be in the same room with this person again. So I can't keep working in this project any longer.
I want to talk to my boss and tell her everything and give my resignation. I have no idea what will happen then. My country is not US where there is protection for this kind of situation. I'm scared of the consequences.

It would be really helpful if you wrote the resulting hexagram as well and not let us work it out.

You will simply lose your job, i.e. they will accept your resignation.

What if i keep going with project?
12.4 > 20
You will keep going and you'll have to look up to him, no matter how unhappy you are.

I've got an idea about another course of action.

What about talking to your boss about it all, and ask for her advice?
You don't need to talk to her AND resign at the same time.
Maybe your boss can come up with a solution.

Agreeing with Diamond here and seeing how the lines of 8 may be guiding you -
8.1 When you talk with the boss, first center yourself, be very clear in your own mind what happened and what you want to be the outcome of the conversation.
8.4 can mean getting an outside opinion. I think this supports diamond's suggestion that you approach the boss with an attitude of wanting to get her advice.
8.5 could be saying that all you'll get out of this is a response like, "Well, feel free to stay or go but nothing is going to change."
8.6 sounds like you ultimately decide to resign anyway, but I think you should take advantage of the opportunity to really talk things over. You can know in your mind you expect you'll resign but, who knows, 8.5 could mean she makes you an offer you can't refuse.
21. Biting through come mean you resign and that's it, but it could also mean you talk things over and bite through the problem and come up with a solution that allows you to stay.

This is the update and it is exactly the way you interpret it .

I talked to my boss, I was really "my self" centered and honest about what happened, but it was also clear to me the result of the conversation. I already have my decision made inside of me. Leaving this project never seen this person again.
My boss was really touched about what happend, she gave me advices, she was worry for me, she proposed me to don't give my resignation and find a different solution, she was really try to help me not to loose the job, but i have already took my decision and at the end of the conversation I gave my resignation anyway.

I don't know if this is the right thing to do, for sure is the right think for me right now. This experience really made me vulnerable and fragile and i need to rebalance my self.

Dear community,
I would like to re update the result of this reading.

What's happening now is that the company has fired him! and they ask me to feel free to come back to work. They don't want to loose me. The company gave me so much solidarity I didn't expect it. My boss is helping me from a human and professional point of view.
I have accept to go back to work.
Hope this can help to understand better the lines!
