Should I accept the offer from X company?

Hexagram 1.1.2 to hexagram 33. Ehh, this doesn't sound good. Line 1 says action at such time is unwise and line 2 action is favorable. Then Hexagram 33 says RETREAT, so I shouldn't accept the offer? And I guess the reason is my college transcripts...hence

Should I be concerned about my college transcript for the background check for X company?

Hexagram 8.4 to Hexgram 45. Righteous persistence to assemble. Not sure if that means progress forward or its not a bad idea.

Any feedback is appreciated. Thank You.

The first question is clearly one you ought to wait on, as it requires a retreat of some kind. Wait until a better time. As for your transcript. don't sweat it. It's okay. Generally speaking, employers are more interested in what you can do, rather than what you have done in school which is basically meaningless unless you are going for an academic position.

well, im not really sure how long I should wait because I need to let the company know soon whether or not I accept their offer. When I tossed second hexagram 33 I read that means retreat or "save your bacon" and assume that implied stay away or out of trouble. Does that imply forever or just for a short current situation? I think I will toss another since I have thought this through a little bit. Hexagram 33 always confuses me - i never know if its advising me to be cautious for my own sake or saving me from trouble or telling me to leave my doors open.
