Went to the doctor for a mole on my arm that I have noticed has changed and has some weird symptoms. My doctor assures me its benign and he even wants to quit treating it (Which he has done twice now by way of freezing). Well, it is very unusual looking, and constantly changing And I am concerned for a variety of reasons. I dont agree with him about it being just a regular mole, so I asked the Iching if I should be concerned about it and got hexagram 4 lines 2 and 3, changing to 52.

My interpretation is that I am currently keeping still because my doctor assures me everythng's fine with it, but I just don't understand if I should be doing this or trusting my instinct that it made need more serious care. Is it youthful folly to think I know more than my doctor, or youthful folly to trust someone and ignore my own instinct? Should I be concerned?

Thank you

Seek a second opinion. See another doctor and see if he agrees with the first one.
