Some of you know that the flat I am renting turned out to be infested by the carpet beetles. My landlords promptly organized Rentokil treatment. The last treatment was on 11th December, 2017. Since then - it was all clear. Today I've noticed one fresh dead larvae in the kitchen cupboard. A quick spot check revealed two new near the fridge. All dead (means the poison on the surfaces is probably still active) but definitely looked young. This is worrying. I am not a specialist on those insects so I asked whether I should notify my landlord ASAP about this and received:
Hexagram 7.4>40
I also asked whether maybe I shouldn't notify them just yet but first wait until/if I will spot on more of them. Received:
Hexagram 44.4>57
What do you think about it?

I think you shouldn't contact them immediately because you are at risk to annoy them right now. Why don't you call the rentokil guys first and talk to them? They are professionals and should be able to tell you if it's normal that those beetles are not fully gone yet.
If they assume that there must be a new infestation, you can still take further steps.

That's because I wasn't dealing with Rentokil on my own, I am just renting the place and this is all the responsibility of my landlord.

You know guys, I need to share this with you - you're probably the only group who would understand it fully. Just like with the inner conflict that I had with my mother during last Christmas - where I ''manifested'' being caught passing red light on my bicycle and as a result need to pay the ticket fee - I wrote about it in here:
I think it happened again. My fear of those insects made me ''manifest'' another one, adult beetle crawling on the wall in my flat. Just one. Now, this made me finally face my biggest 'fear' - you might laugh but I was afraid of taking off the wooden boards that were fitted underneath the kitchen cupboards where the larvae were hiding and where the Rentokil guy found the evidence of the infestation. I was avoiding dealing with this place. It was literally the dirtiest place in this apartment.
I had to face my demons
Yesterday I did a few simple cleansing rituals (sage, candles, intentions etc) so I was very sad and angry I found the adult beetle today. I decided to act. I took out the washing machine and all wooden boards that were underneath the kitchen cupboards and hoovered everything that was in there. A lot of old stuff, toys [?], dust and rubbish. A lot of *old energy* for sure!
Fear has only big eyes
Surprisingly, no beetles or larva - just a few carapaces that I noticed. I was expecting monsters hiding there, but there weren't any. I am slowly learning how to use law of attraction recently. Is it possible that my fear "created" this one adult beetle so that I will finally decide to face my fears and deal with all that hidden, dirty energy that was there? I can only hope that was the sole intention from the universe. I must admit - I feel MUCH BETTER now, energetically and mentally!
Carpet exchange!
Some of you might remember that the landlords promised changing the old carpet to a wooden floor. Recently I thought to myself that I don't want this now because it will be a burden, I would like to postpone it. They wrote to me that their car broke and they had to get a new one. So, no new carpet as of now! I got what I asked for... (I am not going to speculate whether they lied or not with the car- doesn't matter!). I hope that my laziness and trying to avoid the burden of the carpet exchange would not mean that the beetles would still be hiding in the carpet and I will be the engineer of my own demise, hahaha! ;) That would be very ironic :D

:)

I said this, because Kafka was reportedly a very anxious person and as you surely know a great writer, who created a beetle in one of his most famous stories. The protagonist wakes up one morning and finds himself transmuted to an insect.

Since you are in peace with beetles now -- hopefully -- you really should read this story. I guess you'll find free copies in your native/ prefered language in the www.
