Should I move in with him?

Hex 8.1.5 to Hex 24

Looking for a new place otherwise will move back home so asked the i-ching if I should move in with this stranger. I think Line 8.1 says to trust this person, but not sure about 8.5?

Hexagram 24 seems to say 'returning' back, but to what I don't know. Returning back home because rent too high or 'return' back to the person? Perhaps to negotiate a lower rent.

Interesting since I only have 2 options right now. I mean the commute is what makes the difference, but also its more expensive to live closer to the city. Thought the i-ching could shed some light on a difficult decision but I'm leaning towards home as of right now...

Any other insights would be cool

Interesting I did not take the place. The guy tried convincing me to sign the lease by texting and calling me multiple times (I guess that's why hexagram 24 showed up), even after telling him nicely 'no'. He returned back to me before I got a chance to get back to him, but did not think it was worth it.
