Should I persevere at my current employer.48.6.

Hi

Have been going through a rough patch at work. This has left me in a position where my employer is doubting my suitability for the role and I seem to have lost all confidence which makes everything worse. So the choice I have is leave or stay and persevere.. so when I got 48.6 I was left thinking that it couldn't be that obvious and I must be missing something..

Hmmm the well is the resource you ask about, here I guess your job. There's no obstruction here between the resource and being able to draw upon it. I wonder if things will change at work so that you get more support or that the boss himself needs to reevaluate what he asks of you.


Yes persevere whilst being aware it is not unreasonable for you to request more support, more resources to sustain you. I think the reading says there is help at hand.

If that seems unlikely Yi may be answering you more generally. Perhaps there are other resources in your life you can draw on ? Whatever you need is there for you whether in this job or elsewhere.


I also wonder if it is actual advice for you at work. I mean it says the well is available, the water is there, don't cover it over, don't hide resources ? Are you dealing with the management of resources at work ?

In her commentary Hilary stresses having confidence in the well. The more you draw she says the more the well gathers, drawing water from deep underground. She says you may feel you have to hold back, hold onto things but you don't you can trust the well to keep giving.

Overall then this is a message for you not to believe in scarcity right now.
