Should I take the offer on my house!

Hello Great People,

I have had my house on the Market to sell for a few years now.
It hasn't sold in this time. Recently I changed Agents and was advised that
I would sell if I dropped the price. This I have done and have been brought an offer
that is lower than what I have already dropped too!
I have spoken with my lawer about it and he said, well it is only money after all!
so why not concider taking the offer?
I really want to sell but of course for more money, but after all this time and knowing
I need to make a choose.
I have asked, Should I take this offer and recieved Hex 31 line3 to 45.
Please could I have some input to its meaning.:bows:

So don't be moved by my passion to sell to first offer, Line 3
Make room Hex 31, by standing back from my emotions.
This action will give the universe the space for another offer to come forwards
that is better suited?
Am I reading this right?
