Hallo, I wonder if I'm the only one that in order to access the forum, both from laptop and phone, currently needs to scroll down and click on the I ching free readings link or any other link.
Nor the menu on the left nor the log in invitation on the right work.

Once I have clicked on a link, then everything is active again.

I have that problem too on my phone. No way to access the site other than through 'free readings' .

I thought it was just my phone, it must be a general problem then. Let's keep the free readings link active.

For information, I'm on a laptop, and I've had some login issues in the past but not recently, and I've never had this problem.

Then again I haven't logged out and tried to log back in recently - let me try that...

Not that dire, thank goodness! I logged out, restarted my browser, and had no trouble using the corner login to log back in again. Browsed around to various areas of the site without any problems.

I didn't clear my cache or anything in between...last time I did was probably a couple of days ago. I suppose you could both try clearing it and see if it helps, it's often the advice we're given...

I'm jealous.
I'm ok while in the forum, but if I click home, I find the same problems. It's the buttons in home that don't work for me.
I will try to see how I can cancel this cache.

I just adapted to using free readings to get in so it doesn't bother me much

Mmh, nope!

I have cleared all my cache and chronology, the home page is still blocked except for the links. I can access through the foundation course too! ;)

Mine was just curiosity but if it works the same for newcomers, they might find the site blocked unless they get in through the free readings link.

Do you mean that the corner says you're logged in while you're in the forums, but as soon as you go to the home page, for instance - https://www.onlineclarity.co.uk - the corner changes and says you're not logged in?

That's a problem I have had, although not recently, including not today.

Exactly.
But apart from that, the strange thing is that while in HOME, you should still be able to access the open forums. Or to log in. Those links are not active, but the free readings and foundation course's are.

"Those links are not active" sounds more serious than what happened to me. I never had anything happen that I'd describe as the site being "blocked."

There's probably no point in us going over it, though. If you've tried simple things that we can do, like clearing your cache and cookies, maybe rebooting your laptop / phone (is "rebooting" something phones do??), and the problems are still there, then you'll have to tell Hilary.
