Dear all. I hope you have read my previous post. I took the antibiotics which didn't work then had a second round of antibiotics - a stronger one. The infection has improved after first getting worse and I'm seeing the doctor tomorrow morning. I asked 'Y' this morning "Please tell me something important about my facial lesion - the answer Hex 64. 1,3,6>34. It was odd because as I watched I saw the first three lines were Yang but the Hex given me was Hex 64. I don't think I'm quite dotty yet!. I then asked if I should re-commence high dose vitamin C and received Hex 28.1,2,,4 > 63. I think it means "yes" am also seeing the Dermatologist on Tuesday. There are many other things going wrong in my life at present and I'm beginning to wonder why. Any remarks anyone?? Thanks in advance.

Hello Meigga :)

Um...I don't know what to make of most of that. (But you're seeing two doctors soon, so chances are that will make things more clear anyway.)

The only comment I have that seems fairly clear right now is in your second reading when you asked about resuming high doses of vitamin C. Your last (top-most) moving line is, "The ridgepole at its peak, good fortune. If there is more, shame." I think I'd see that more as a "no" than a "yes".

Anyway, you can always ask the doctors about that, and then think about their advice and Yi's, together.

Good luck with your appointments! (And no, you are not dotty. :))

Non Yi thoughts

There's no point in high dose vitamin C as you wee it all out. The body doesn't store vitamin C, it uses as much as is needed and gets rid of the rest daily. If you take too much you see it in the urine. There's no need for it.

Also supplements are not harmless substances. People do need to realize that. Have you told the Dr you are taking excessive vitamin C ? It might even interfere with the effectiveness of the antiobiotics. I don't know about that but I do know supplements can interfere with the effectiveness of many drugs, for example chemotherapy medicines.

May not be relevant to you but I think it's worth checking out your antibiotic with high dose vitamin C.

What Trojina said also reminded me that you also don't want to take too-high doses of vitamins your body does store, as it can build up and become toxic.

Not really related except that I learn the darnedest things sometimes - not long ago found out that fiber can interfere with absorption of nutrients - so I've stopped taking my daily multivitamin tablet in the morning with my bran cereal, I take it at lunchtime now.
