Thank you for reading & any insight everyone! If it is too long, focus just on 14.2.6 to 55 is appreciated!

I am currently working as the manager of a health bar. From my very 1st day 2 months ago, I have been unhappy at this job the majority of the time. I intended to keep this job for no longer than a year anyway, but do to the childish & sometimes unprofessional nature of my boss & the immaturity of my coworkers, I am hoping to leave much sooner. I recently graduated college & just need to save $ as I decide my next move. So I recognize I have some things to work out & wish to find a new job before leaving this one. Some days are okay, but then the next I will feel so stressed, & like a nagging mother. Truthfully, I am not certain this job is worth all this stress, & I am certain I cannot change everyone's sour traits. I see many of the challenges as growth opportunities, but am having difficulty drawing the line between patience & passivity. I am also already dealing with depression, & due to my inner turmoil, have asked the iching quite a few questions concerning this job, including what the consequences will be if I leave after, 3, 4, 5, or 6 months.

Any thoughts, alternative interpretations, or comments are helpful to me, as I am seeking validation that I can successfully leave after 5 months (In Feb) but maybe should wait til the 6th month mark?

"What are the consequences of me leaving this job after 3 months?"

59.5.6 changing to 7

Line 5 is definitely referring to my boss. Sounds like I need to keep trying though...

"Describe the consequences of me leaving this job after I've been here 4 months"

14.1.2 changing to 56

Need to be careful, maybe wait a bit longer though line 2 indicates an ability to succeed?

"Describe what will happen to me if I leave this job in February?" (That will be 5 months)

14.2.6 - 55

Sounds positive to me! Anything else stand out to anyone?

"Describe the consequences of me leaving this job after I've been here for 6 months"

19.1.2 changing to 2

Sounds positive, but more as if it is describing what I am attempting to do now with my boss & coworkers; discuss & understand to come together. Thus, I am confused.

Sounds like a painful and difficult situation to me.

You'll feel much better, but very likely you won't get a good reference from them.
Which is no good, as you've only just recently started your career.

Again 14.2 (= leaving), but this time it will be to your advantage.
And yet, the hidden line 30.6 is, again, difficult and kind of war-like.

This one is my favourite of the four.
Because of all the togetherness and acceptance described, I think you'll have a new job to go to.
