Would A send what I need by tomorrow

I got 36.3 to 24


I asked what do I need to do to make sure A sends what I need- hex 37 uc

Will I have what I need by end of next week 54 uc

What will be the response to my email 16.4.3.6 to 52

Would love to hear your comments and read on what yi is telling me

Hi there, kind of tough with some of the yes/no questions but will give it a try

1st questions: seems that they are proceeding without urgency or you are trying to move this fastly and IC advises not to.

2nd: be persevering/constant-- maybe not hurrying them up but letting them know you really need it. Hex 37 also means treating others with respect.

3rd: usually this hexagram means things not going the way you hoped for.

4th: hex. 16 sometimes can mean hesitation and hex 52 stillness... not sure what your email contained but the response can be something not moving (package) and hesitations of some sort, but maybe they will offer some help like in line 16.4 where they are already successful, but that is they look at you as a friend.

Update:some questions for this week

Update: I didnot get what I need till now... I am contemplating going the legal route as well as complaint to the state that will get them moving, still asked
Will they send contract today 19 uc

If I do this, they will send the contract 50.2.3 to 35
