Someone could please give me an advice?

Hello everybody, I am new here. My name is Miguel (spanish version of Michael). Nice to meet you all. I made a question about a working issue with an old friend from school. I asked If I should continue working after July 30. I received hexagram 41 changing to 56 as a answer. From this I understand I should not. The changing lines are 1,2,3 and 4. I would be glad to receive any advise. Thank you very much. Greetings from Venezuela.

Taking these all together, I think it counsels that you can continue to work with the friend, but that you may just have to negotiate the terms a bit, so that you are not and don't feel taken advantage of or overworked.
